Just wrap the parachute around your balls, using the snaps to close for a secure fit, and you will feel the sensation of tacks, about an eighth of an inch long, start to prick and scratch you.
Connected on the outer perimeter of the parachute you will find three chains that hang down and are connected by an O-ring at the bottom. You can use this O-ring to attach weights, leash, etc and really feel the tug!
