Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be despatched the following Monday. Please note that during busy periods despatch time may be longer.

Charges

UK and EU

We offer a range of competitive shipping options and will always work with our customers to arrange most cost-effective delivery. All shipping fees are charged at cost – we never profit on delivery fees..

Other Countries

Once your order is placed and packed we will contact you with your shipping charge. Please rest assured at Stark Distribution we use trusted couriers and demand competitive rates.

Returns and Refunds

In the event that a product is faulty, please send the item back to us with the original order number and reason for return. Once verified a replacement will be sent to you. If the product is discontinued or out of stock you will have the choice of an exchange or a refund. Refunds take approximately 7 working days to process.

5. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. Stark Distribution cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the products sold on this site.
6. Products may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
7. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported within 72 hours from delivery.
8. Libertybelle UK is the trading name of Stark Distribution and will show on invoices and receipts.
9. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. Any disputes will be solved in the country of incorporation.
